Car and Commercial vehicle repairs are undertaken on most makes and types of cars by a small team at a traditional type of garage. Over many years we have worked on possible every make and most models.

Mayswood Garage is a Vehicle Inspectorate approved Vehicle Test Station and has a vast experience of testing all types of vehicles - we see on a daily basis at least one Rolls Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Aston Martin, Veteran, Vintage or Classic car which through extensive knowledge can be tested with 'understanding'. We have tested vehicles for many people and companies and include The Royal Household, Lord Mayor of London's Rolls Royces, various Ministries, Police, Rover, specialist clubs and so on.

Unlike many MOT garages we do not try to get work from the test - if you want us to carry out the repairs that's fine, but if not just bring it back when the vehicle is ready for retest.

Tests are carried out on an appointment basis, but be warned - Don't be Late! We test class III vehicles which are 3-wheelers and class IV - cars and goods vehicles up to 3000 kgs. We carry out testing on diesel and catalyst petrol engines.
